Refund policy

We want you to love your candles as much as we loved making them.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know by emailing hello@ruralcandles.com.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily replace it as quickly as possible. Requests for an exchange must be made within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that your item is in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and still in its original packaging. 

Any refunds can only be provided back to the original method of payment and unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale items or Gift Cards.
